Our plate is made of 1 mm thick galvanized steel. It stays perfectly flat, feels substantial in your hand, and doesn't need bent edges to feel more solid.

Why ArtAvenue1994 exists.
It all started with a simple question: why do the most beautiful memories end up on a phone instead of on a wall?
For us, it began with our wedding. We got beautiful photos, but only digital ones. So I thought: I'll just have them printed. But I didn't want anything generic — I wanted something that would truly do these photos justice.
What I found instead was sobering. Every search turned up nothing but mass-produced goods: Temu-style alternatives, dropshipping shops, and soulless print-on-demand products. Providers who didn't care about the result, as long as it was fast and cheap. And no one who actually helped with the design.
At some point I thought: then I'll just do it myself. That's how ArtAvenue1994 came to be, and with it, Artplate. Today, we put into every piece the care I once wished for myself. And because a beautiful home doesn't stop at the wall, we also offer matching coasters and magnets.
The most important questions about ordering.
How do I upload my photo, and what quality do I need?+
You upload your photo directly on the product page. Phone photos are usually more than enough. We check every photo by hand and will get in touch if the quality isn't sufficient for printing, then suggest suitable solutions. If we can't find one together, we'll of course cancel your order free of charge and refund you the full amount.
How does Artplate hang on the wall without drilling?+
The mount is magnetic, so you need neither drilling nor screws. The set includes a protective sheet that goes on the wall: it protects the wall and forms the surface the magnet is firmly pressed onto. This keeps your Artplate securely in place. To make this work reliably, we had an extra-large, strong magnet custom-made. A practical tip: press the magnet firmly every three months or so to keep the hold secure long-term.
Can I see a preview before I buy?+
There's no preview before purchase, because every design is created personally and by hand. Instead, you'll receive a design preview by email after ordering. This way, you'll see your finished Artplate before it's printed.
How does print approval work?+
After you place your order and send us your photo and preferences, we design your personal artwork. You'll then receive a digital preview by email for approval. We only start printing once you've approved the design.
Please provide an email address during checkout that you check regularly, so you don't miss our design preview. Take a look as soon as you can and let us know briefly whether everything looks good or if you'd like a small change. This way, we can finish and ship your order without unnecessary delay.
Can I still request changes to the design?+
Yes. One round of minor revisions is included with personalized products. This includes things like small adjustments to text, image cropping, or individual details. Larger changes, such as a completely new photo, a different template, or several new design variations, may involve extra work, and we'll coordinate this with you beforehand if needed.
How long does delivery take?+
Since every product is individually made and carefully inspected, delivery usually takes 4 to 6 business days. Of that, 2 to 4 business days are for production in our workshop, and 1 to 2 business days are for shipping with DPD.
Can I return a personalized print?+
Unfortunately, returns aren't possible for personalized products that are made specifically to your wishes and with your photo. That's simply the nature of the product: it's created uniquely for you and can't be resold.
What we do promise you: we work carefully and with real dedication on every single piece. You'll hold something in your hands that you can be proud of. And if something isn't right after all — a printing error or shipping damage, for example — reach out to us anytime. We'll find a solution together.
