What makes a good photo?

Phone photos are usually more than enough. What matters most is that your subject is sharp and well lit.

What to keep in mind

• Use bright, natural light whenever possible
• Keep the subject in focus, not blurry
• Don't zoom in heavily or save a low-resolution version from the internet
• The larger the original file, the better the result
• Don't send the photo through WhatsApp or other messengers first and then save it from there: during sending, the file gets heavily compressed, which significantly reduces your photo's quality. It's best to upload your image directly from your phone's camera or camera roll.

What happens if the quality isn't good enough?

We check every photo by hand before starting production. If the quality isn't sufficient for printing, we'll get in touch with you and suggest suitable solutions. If we can't find one together, we'll cancel your order free of charge and refund you the full amount.
