Which Finish Suits My Photo?

Matte

An elegant, low-reflection finish that gives your images a calm, atmospheric look. Well suited for portraits and motifs that should have a subdued, premium feel.

Glossy

Vibrant colors and strong contrasts for a photorealistic look. Avoid direct light for the best shine. Well suited for colorful motifs and photos with high contrast.

Texture

A tactile surface with a 3D effect: details and contours visibly stand out from the metal. The look changes depending on the angle of light. Well suited for motifs with clear shapes and structures meant to feel three-dimensional. Currently available on selected ArtAvenue Originals.

Matte + Gloss Highlights

A matte base with targeted glossy accents: select areas of your motif are deliberately highlighted with a glossy finish, while the rest stays pleasantly matte. This makes the details stand out and gives the piece an especially refined, vivid look. This option is available on selected templates, for example on the pet magazine cover: there, the nose gets shine and noticeable texture, while the eyes get a subtle light shimmer.
